New entry. Einaudi's soundtrack enters the chart for the first time

The Intouchables, released in 2011, was one of the most successful French films ever made. It became the second biggest box office hit ever in the country and went on to be nominated for a clutch of César awards.

And no doubt, Ludovico Einaudi's music had a large role to play in that success.

The music is classic Einaudi minimalism that puts a solo piano squarely centre-stage.
